While diving headfirst into mountains of reactor performance data, Tanvi Rao stays focused on one simple truth: data driven optimizations can equal big results. A philosophy shared by everyone at Crystaphase.

From her work as a process engineer for one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies, Tanvi uses her experience to support her teams. Current responsibilities include designing filtration systems, supporting customer on-site activities and, of course, deep dives into data analysis.

Focused, innovative and collaborative, she is committed to continuous improvement — or as she puts it: “The power of 1%: Small wins, consistently stacked, lead to big breakthroughs.”

When not baking or painting, you’ll find Tanvi challenging herself at CrossFit in her free time.
