Soluble contaminants can pass through inert filtration and attack your catalyst bed from within, through precipitation and polymerization that lead to pressure drop and deactivation. ActiPhase technology defeats these soluble foulants by triggering precipitation, then trapping the resulting particles within its own reticulated structure, courtesy CatTrap.

When randomly loaded into the unit, the sum of the effective internal porosity and external void space exceeds 90 percent, providing the same benefits of linear holding capacity and external bypass as CatTrap technology. ActiPhase is available in a range of compositions that can target a variety of soluble foulants.
